PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus in which a person other than its user can operate its remotely and can obtain the result of the operation by registering operable users in the communication apparatus in advance. SOLUTION: This communication apparatus 100 is provided with functions (110 and 112) for registering in advance information for specifying the operable users and the movement range of the users, functions (120 and 121) for setting the communication equipment 100 in accordance with the registered movement range when a receiving opposite party is a registered user and functions (122 and 123) for transmitting a result that corresponds to setting to a set user. Thus, the functions of the communication equipment 100 can effectively be utilized by an operation of the other person even when the user himself/herself of the communication equipment 100 is difficult to operate the communication equipment, forgets an operation, or the like.
