PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone the dial lock function of which a child can be release when the parents manage a password. SOLUTION: When a control section 12 of the mobile phone 1 receives the password from a key operation section 14 after the mobile phone 1 reaches a dial lock state by a dial lock means 121, the control section 12 decides whether the password is a terminal password in a terminal password storage area 131 or a dial lock release number in a dial lock release number storage area 132. When discriminating the password to be the dial lock release number, the control section 12 releases a dial lock state of a preset prescribed function in a password setting information storage area 133.
