PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a guide implement for the ascent/descent of window glass for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This guide implement 60 is equipped with a base 110 which is one of pieces split in the width direction of the vehicle and which is brought into contact with an inner surface of a side wall (e.g. a side wall 52 on an in-vehicle side), located on the in-vehicle side, of a pair of side walls 52 and 53; a slider 120 which is the other one of the pieces split in the width direction of the vehicle, which is brought into contact with the inner surface of the side wall (e.g. the side wall 53 outside the vehicle), located outside the vehicle, of the paired side walls 52 and 53, and which is held by the base 110 and made slidable in the width direction of the vehicle; and an elastic body (e.g. a first elastic body 130) which is located between the base 110 and the slider 120 so as to press the slider 120 in the outside-vehicle direction.
