<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical fiber storage apparatus which has excellent versatility, and can realize the cost reduction and compaction of the apparatus due to reduction of the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber storage apparatus 41 for storing extra lengths of optical fibers 45a, 45b, 45c, 45d, etc., within a casing 43 is provided with a plurality of pin mounting holes 51 to be dispersedly fitted to the wall surface of the casing 43 and fiber hanging pins 53 attachable and detachable to and from the holes 51.
