HAMMER IN CRUSHER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dropout of a hammerhead used in a crusher constituted so that the hammerhead can be replaced by pulling out a hammer pin when the hammerhead is worn. SOLUTION: The dropout of the hammerhead 16 is prevented by preventing the hammer pin 17 from coming out of a head upper hole 24 by engaging the half of the front surface of an upper part pin 17U of the pin 17 with the front surface of the hole 24 of the hammerhead 16 when the hammerhead 16 is rotated and the centrifugal force is exerted on the hammerhead 16 and preventing the pin 17 from coming out of the hole 24 by controlling the rotation of the pin 17 by a head lower hole 25 of the hammerhead 16 when the hammerhead 16 is moved back against the centrifugal force and upward force is exerted on the pin 17.
