PURPOSE: An air interface device of an RF probe is provided to transmit a signal to a probe without the loss of the signal by controlling an inside diameter and an outside diameter of a cylindrical conductor to match the characteristic impedance. CONSTITUTION: An air interface device of an RF probe includes an internal conductor, an external conductor, a first signal pin, and a second signal pin. The internal conductor(230) is formed with a shape of cylinder. Both sides of the internal conductor are opened. The internal conductor is inserted into the external conductor(220). The external conductor is formed with a shape of cylinder. The first signal pin(210) is inserted into one end of the internal conductor. The first signal pin is connected to a measuring target. The second signal pin(240) is inserted into the other end of the internal conductor. The second signal pin is connected to a probe device. The first and the second pins are supported by an elastic spring. An insulating ring(250) is used for fixing the external conductor.
