PURPOSE: Multi-functional polyester has excellent antibacterial property, deodorizing property, moisture absorbing property, quick dry function, strength and elongation. CONSTITUTION: Multi-functional polyester is characterized by containing 0.1-5wt.% of zeolite type inorganic particles represented by formula: Mx/n((AlO2)*(SiO2)y)w.zH2O. In the formula, M is monovalent, divalent or trivalent metal(Ag, Cu, Zn, Ca, Ni, Fe and so on); n is valence of cation M; x and y are number of tetrahedral per unit cell; z is mol of a molecule of water; and w is a coefficient of crystallized water. The multi-functional polyester is obtained by the step of: manufacturing master batch chip out of the zeolite type inorganic particles; mixing polyester chip with the master batch chip; and then melt-spinning the mixture through a modified nozzle having a four-leaf clover shape. The master batch chip contains 1-20wt.% of the inorganic particles. Inherent viscosity of the master batch chip is 0.70-0.95.
