The interactive system comprises a radio frequency communicator (1), which has a power system (11), a control unit (12) and a keyboard (14) so that a user selects options about offering of prescribed menu. Two sets of options are arranged, where some options define feature requests and some other options define offered features. A transceiver (15) is provided for emitting frequency of the selected options. A pager element (16) provides messages depending on degree of overlap of comparison of options. A radio frequency digital receiver is provided to capture information of issued options.
