COLOR FIXING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A color fixing device is provided to increase a degree of freedom of designing a heat roller and a press roller to satisfy various design conditions. CONSTITUTION: A color fixing device includes a heat roller(1), a fixing roller(2), and a separation roller(3). The fixing roller is located in contact with the heat roller and fixes a color toner transferred to a recording medium onto the recording medium. The separation roller is placed in contact with the heat roller and discharges the recording medium out of the color fixing device. The heat roller consists of a metal core(1a), a rubber layer(1b) and a heater(1c). The heat roller is rotated by a driver. The heater is located inside the heat roller to heat the color toner. The fixing roller and the separation roller serve as a press roller for forming a nip.
