PURPOSE: A wide and stable cargo crane operation seat is provided to operate the cargo crane easily and safely, and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of multi-step pipe(4) is inserted or withdrawn from an outer circumference of an operation seat bottom(1). A coil spring(5) is installed in a shaft direction of the multi-step pipe inside. The end of the spring is fixed. A plurality of multi-step pipe is connected to a reinforcing member. A wire is connected to an inner end of the multi-step pipe. The wire is connected to a hydraulic motor or an electric motor.
