PURPOSE: An auxiliary apparatus to open and shut a side gate of a tray for a baggage car is provided to reduce tare by changing the auxiliary apparatus of opening and shutting the side gate to a simple structure, to improve work convenience and to reduce the cost of materials. CONSTITUTION: A front guard frame is formed to a front portion of a tray to divide from a driver's seat. A side gate(300) is installed movably to both side portions by using a hinge portion(310) of the side gate. An elastic member(320) is fixed to the hinge portion of the side gate. The elastic member is fixed to the side gate on one end and to a side face of a deck portion(400) on the other end. Thereby, torsion force by pushing with tare is applied to the side gate when the side gate opens.
