Disclosed is a compound of formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, enantiomers, and diastereoisomers thereof. Also dislcosed is the compound in a medicament which antagonises the effect of Substance P, an undecapeptide, at its receptor site, blocks neurokinin-1 receptors, or treats a disease associated with an excess of tachykinins.
