PURPOSE: Provided is an eddy generating device of a water purifying filter which is able to prevent a cartridge from accumulating of floating matter by generating eddies in a high turbid filter experiencing high hydraulic pressure and having small flux. CONSTITUTION: The high turbid filter(100) comprising a cartridge(200) filtering raw water inside of the filter, a raw water inlet(300) making the raw water to be flown in the filter and a purified water outlet(400) discharging the water filtered through the cartridge is characterized in that a nozzle(500) of the raw water inlet is formed toward the cartridge direction and the nozzle is a tapered-shape and water is sprayed to the side of the cartridge.
