PURPOSE: An acryl resin composition, an adhesive composition containing the acryl resin composition, an optical layered film using the adhesive composition and an optical layered body containing the optical layered film are provided, to relieve the concentration of stress due to the elongation and contraction of an optical film, to inhibit the optical loss of an optical layered body and to suppress the separation between an adhesive layer and a glass substrate and the foaming in an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: The acryl resin composition comprises 10-60 wt% of an acryl resin (1) which comprises a repeating unit (i) derived from a methacrylate represented by the formula A and a repeating unit (ii) derived from a monomer having at least two olefinic double bonds; and an acryl resin (2) which comprises the repeating unit (i) and does not substantially comprises the repeating unit (ii), wherein R1 is H or a methyl group; and R2 is a C1-C14 alkyl group or a C7-C14 aralkyl group, and at least one hydrogen atom of the alkyl group or the aralkyl group can be substituted with a C1-C10 alkoxy group.
