<p>PURPOSE: To make a form plate making process proceed systematically and efficiently even when correction of a manuscript frequently occurs. CONSTITUTION: A proper code EI is allotted to each image part in each page. Approved information CF, which shows whether each image part is in a state already approved by a client or in a state indicating correction, is registered in a database DB corresponding to each code EI, and the code is displayed by a bar code seal in a print instruction sheet. In each form plate making process for a printing matter, the approved information CF of each image part is displayed on a screen of a display device by referring to the code EI. Accordingly, which image part is to be corrected can be easily and correctly grasped by discriminating by the code.</p> |
