The invention relates to the continuous presses, meant for dehydration of the vegetal raw material and production from bagasse of long-distance profiled articles, for example, of ingot bars used as combustible. The screw extrusion press contains a loading hopper, a device for vegetal material displacement, a conic body with holes for liquid removal from the vegetal material, wherein there is installed a pressing apparatus, a heating element and mechanisms for formation and cutting of the pressed material. The pressing apparatus is composed of separate screws, installed onto a tubular shaft and fixed with a pin. The blades of the screws of the pressing apparatus are inclined from the vertical to the raw material movement direction at an angle ? increasing from 1 up to 25o at the decrease of the screws lead, the angle of attack ? of the screws blades being smaller than the angle of friction ? of the vegetal material against the screws blades, and the heating element is installed inside the tubular shaft. The result of the invention consists in providing for a dense structure of the combustible briquette and efficiently removing the humidity and gases from the pressing zone. Claims: 1Fig.: 4 |
