<p>The method is used in the textile industry for continuous indigo dyeing of cellulose-containing fabrics, in particular for Blue Denim products. The fabric, subject to dyeing gets in succession across dyeing baths with subsequent wringing at each dipping by means of a wringing pair of shafts and wringing out by a pair of shafts, as well as due oxidation in oxidation chambers. After the last dyeing bath, the fabric goes through and/or across a chamber for deep penetration in a protection medium of argon and the presence of oxygen under 1%, where it remains from 20 s to 1 min, followed by impregnation with dye solution from 110 to 120%, with subsequent pre-washing, wringing, proper washing, wringing, drying and removing from the installation. 4 claims, 2 figures</p> |
