PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an organic electro-luminescent device is provided to stabilize a fabricating process by preventing damage of an ITO layer due to an auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode having a stripe pattern is formed on an upper surface of a transparent substrate(102). An auxiliary electrode is formed on an upper surface of the first electrode by using a lift-off method. An organic emitting layer is formed on the upper surface of the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on an upper surface of the organic emitting layer. The lift-off method includes a process for depositing a photoresist layer on the first electrode, an exposure process using a photo mask, a process for developing the exposed photoresist layer, a process for forming a metal layer on the developed photoresist layer, and a process for removing selectively the unnecessary metal layer.
