PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily supply a test liquid from a supply port into a flow passage, in a chemical micro device provided with the flow passage for passing the test liquid to a base material and provided with the supply port for supplying the test liquid into the flow passage. SOLUTION: An attaching part 13 for attaching a supply pipe 1 is provided integrally with the base material 10 to be projected from a periphery of the supply port 12, in the chemical micro device provided with the flow passage 11 for passing the test liquid to the base material 10 and provided with the supply port 12 for inserting the supply pipe 1 for supplying the test liquid into the flow passage.
