PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the total length and to improve the noise insulation effect at a discharge side in a noise insulation type power generating device. SOLUTION: In this noise insulation type power generating device provided with an engine 111, a generator 112 and the like in a noise insulation case, an air discharge duct is mounted at an upper part of the engine 111, an air discharge port 130 of the air discharge duct is mounted at an upper part at a side opposite to a radiator 117 of the engine 111, a radiator fan 121 and the radiator 117 are mounted at the other side of the engine 111, a vertical air discharge duct vertically bent is mounted at a side of the radiator 117 of the engine 111, a muffler 122 is mounted in the air discharge duct, the cooling air generated by the fan 121 is guide to the air discharge port 30, and intermediate supports 140, 140 are mounted on a halfway part in the horizontal direction of a wall surface in the air discharge duct at the upper part of the engine 111.
