PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor coming-off preventing mechanism which is rigid and low in cost, and can be easily inserted/removed from a motor base with high working efficiency. SOLUTION: A flange 8a is radially provided on the outer peripheral edge at an opening of a rotor yoke 8. A coming-off member 11 of an elastic synthetic resin is fitted to a motor base 1 to hook the flange 8a in a non-contact manner. The coming-off member 11 has a hook-like engaging part 11a facing the flange 8a of the rotor yoke 8 at its tip, and has an inserting part 11b which is inserted in a fitting hole 1a formed in the motor base 1 on its bottom surface.
