PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incontinence pad for men for absorbing urine leaking due to incontinence, and effecting urination without removal from underwear in ordinary urination. SOLUTION: This incontinence pad for men is composed of a surface sheet, an absorber and an outer cover, and a slit is formed extending from the substantially central part of the front end of the pad to a crotch area. Two flaps are formed on the front of the pad by the slit. In using, two flaps are superposed one over the other. In incontinence, urine can be absorbed by the flaps, and in ordinary urination, the overlapping part of the flaps is aligned with the front opening part of underwear to form a release passage for urine.
