摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an airtight terminal for a reduced cost, to simplify the attachment of a gas flow meter to the airtight terminal for a reduction in cost of the gas flow meter, and to improve flexibility in pin arrangement of the airtight terminal to prevent a breakage of the airtight terminal. SOLUTION: Pins 2 and 2 are inserted in a frame 1 of synthetic rubber. The pins 2 and 2 are inserted at vulcanizing shaping of the synthetic rubber, and the rubber is strongly bonded to the pins 2 and 2 in vulcanizing reaction. A flat attaching part 1b of the frame 1 is sandwiched in a barrier wall between an electric circuit housing chamber, with no flow meter shown in diagram, and a measuring chamber, so that an airtight terminal 5 is attached to the flow meter.
