PURPOSE: An electro-luminescence display panel and an apparatus and a method for driving the same are provided to reduce an address time by using a 2bit-current control driving method and a 6bit-pulse width modulation method. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels are arrayed on intersections between a plurality of dual scan lines and a plurality of data lines. The first and the second scan drivers(22,24) are used for supplying scan signals to the dual scan lines. The first data driver(26) is used for supplying data signals to the data lines(D1-Dn). A timing controller(32) is used for supplying control signals and data signals to the first data driver(26) and the first and the second scan drivers(22,24). A data converter(30) is installed between the timing controller(32) and the first data driver(26) in order to convert the data signals to data signals of 6 bits.
