摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling apparatus of a hybrid vehicle capable of preventing a shock at gear change which is caused by torque variation of a motor generator. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle comprises an engine and a motor generator as drive sources, and a torque converter that attains a prescribed gear shifting by engagement of frictional engaging elements with a total torque of the engine and motor generator inputted in the torque converter. A region is provided on a power-on side to prohibit regeneration of the motor generator which is such region as sandwiches a power on/off discrimination value for discriminating a power-on state and a power-off state of the engine. A region to prohibit assisting the motor generator is provided on the power-off side. The inversion of power on/off caused by torque variation of the motor generator is avoided, to prevent gear shifting shock or rising in the number of rotations of the engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
