<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immunologically activating agent which causes few side effects and has a high anti-tumor activity. <P>SOLUTION: This immunologically activating agent having an anti-tumor action through an immune system contains peanut astringent skin or its extract as an active ingredient, and a method for producing the same is provided.
