<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent printing troubles from occurring without providing an adjusting mechanism to move the axial center of a plate cylinder even if a paper thickness becomes thicker. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting structure for a blanket cylinder of an offset press is provided with a first eccentric bearing supported rotatably by a frame of the press, a second eccentric bearing, which is supported rotatably by the first eccentric bearing and supports a shaft part of the blanket cylinder rotatably, a printing pressure adjusting device to adjust a gap between an impression cylinder and the blanket cylinder by rotating the first eccentric bearing to the frame, and a cylinder attaching device to perform impression throw-in and throw-out of the blanket cylinder by rotating the second eccentric bearing to the first eccentric bearing.
