<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for document management for easily and properly managing a document according to its secrecy, and to provide a device, a method and a program for secretization, and a device, a method and a program for browsing. <P>SOLUTION: A managing server 1 manages a secrecy policy including designation of a person who is allowed to browse a document, and clients 3 (3-1 to 3-n) which create secret documents obtain the secrecy policy from the managing server 1 and perform secretization of documents including ciphering of the documents, sticking of images, etc., on the basis of the obtained secrecy policy. Then the managing server 1 manages information regarding he secretized documents and controls whether browsing-side clients 4 (4-1 to 4-m) are allowed to browse or print the documents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
