FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: in patients at different periods during a day one should detect the value of background arterial pressure (BAP). The latter is calculated by mathematical formula by applying the values of estimated systolic pressure and those of heart rate. Efficiency of therapy is measured according to BAP value.
