INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING BENDING ANGLE OF WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the angular conditions just before finishing in the state where a work is mounted on a bending machine. SOLUTION: With this measuring instrument, the bending angle of a work 4 bent with the bending machine 1 is measured. This measuring instrument is constituted so that an angle formed by each reference edge of a first measuring part and a second measuring part which are relatively rotatable around a supporting point pin is measured can be set and so that the presence or absence of finishing of a specified angle is judged by looking by meeting one side of these reference edges to the upper and lower dies of the bending machine and situating the other reference edge on the side of the work. This measuring instrument is fixed with a magnet or the like by meeting one side of the reference edges to the die. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
