PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Guillain-Barre syndrome and / or Fisher syndrome-developing model non-human animal which can be obtained by immunizing an FcγRIIB gene-deleted non-human with ganglioside GQ1b, and to provide a method for screening a Guillain-Barre syndrome-treating medicine with the model non-human animal. SOLUTION: This Guillain-Barre syndrome-developing model mouse is made by immunizing an FcγRIIB gene-deleted mouse with ganglioside GM1, DM2, GD1a and GQ1b for each three weeks totally four times together with a Freund's adjuvant.
