PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid limitation of a constant density ratio to the utmost, and achieve high power recovering effect in a wide operation range using an expander in accordance with a flow direction of cooling medium. SOLUTION: This selective gas enrichment device is provided with a gas enrichment unit 31 having a function of increasing concentration of a specific gas component, a pump to feed the gas component, and a delivery port 33 to deliver the gas component fed from the pump. A trap is provided in part of an air passage from the pump to reach the delivery port 33. In this constitution, noise from a decompression pump 32 or noise due to condensation generated in the air passage reaching the delivery port 33 can be prevented.
