PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser attached to a receiver tank for a vehicle which is fitted in a space-saving manner by effectively utilizing an excessive space in an engine room or the like. SOLUTION: A condenser (C) attached to a receiver tank for vehicle comprises a core (K) comprising a tube (1) and a fin (2), and a receiver tank (R) adjacent to the core. The receiver tank has a partially recessed portion (71) to avoid interference with a vehicle component or a vehicle appliance in a vicinity of an air outlet of the vehicle. By providing the recessed portion in a part to be interfered by the vehicle component or the like, an excessive space is effectively utilized, and the vehicle-mountability of the condenser integrated with the receiver tank is enhanced.
