<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium and an electronic device, including a light emitting means, thereby informing the residual quantity of a battery and the state of a game machine such as the progress of a game by emitting light from the light emitting means to be visually confirmed from the directions other than the front of the game machine. <P>SOLUTION: In the storage medium and the electronic device of the invention, the storage medium removably mounted on the electronic device is provided with one or two or more light emitting means disposed in a cartridge case, and the light emitting means are adapted to emit light by executing a program stored in the storage means and including an instruction for causing at least the light emitting means to emit light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
