METHOD FOR DETECTING DNA WITH HIGH SENSITIVITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a labeled probe without being influenced with the chain length of a nucleic acid to be detected and to provide a method for detection with high sensitivity using the labeled probe.

SOLUTION: The labeled polynucleotide probe hybridizes to a polyadenine nucleotide moiety. A method for preparing the labeled polynucleotide probe comprises hybridization to a polyA moiety of an mRNA. The method for detecting a target nucleic acid comprises hybridizing the labeled polynucleotide probe to the polyadenine nucleotide moiety. A method for analyzing expressed genes comprises comparing expressions of a plurality of species of genes in different two kinds of samples by using the labeled polynucleotide probe having at least two kinds of different labels hybridizing to the polyadenine nucleotide moiety.
