PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera and a print order system capable of performing data transmission and placing a print order without the need for making a transmission operation and for taking into account a state of radio waves and a transmission error. SOLUTION: When the radio wave state between the digital camera 2 and a communication base station 3 is stable, a controller 21 is automatically connected to the communication base station 3 and transmits an image file read from a memory card 16 to an image server 4. When the radio wave state is deteriorated during the transmission, the data transmission is interrupted. When the radio wave state is restored, the interrupted transmission is restarted for data of the image file having not been transmitted. A system controller 39 of the image server 4 combines the data transmitted dividedly due to the interruption of the data transmission to create an image file and stores the file to a data storage 38.
