PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an information processor capable of simultaneously executing a plurality of client APs to limit the number of simultaneous starts and the amount of available resources for each kind of client AP. SOLUTION: A client AP4-5 requests new services when using services provided by a server process 2. Upon request for new services, a client management part 21 limits the start of the client AP4-5 according to the number of maximum starts predetermined for the kind of client AP4-5 and the current number of starts of the client APs of that kind. The client AP4-5, when requiring resources, requests the acquisition of resources. The resource management part 22 limits the allocation of the resources to the client AP4-5 on the basis of the amount of maximum resource use managed correspondingly to the kind of client AP4-5, the amount of resources requested, and the amount of resources allocated to the client APs of the same kind as the client AP4-5.
