PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein calling a component which the execution program of a caller component includes depends on a calling interface and calling conventions, so the caller component and a callee component which are associated with each other by use of local calling conventions under the same execution environment cannot be deployed in different execution environments and associated with each other by use of remote calling conventions without being modified. SOLUTION: It is determined whether the calling conventions used by the caller component are the same as the calling conventions used by the callee component, by referring to the deployment descriptors of the components and information on the types of the components. If they are different, the class and the object of a proxy which executes a calling convention conversion process are created. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
