PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform raking-off and lifting operation by reducing weight applied to a rake. SOLUTION: An endless chain 13 is wound between upper-lower sprockets 9 and 10, and a rake arm 15 is installed on the chain 13, and the rake 3 is rotatably supported around a support shaft 25 by dead weight. An attitude of the rake is controlled by arranging a stopper mechanism 28 between the rake arm and the rake. A driving mechanism is fixed to a rail part 8, and the upper sprocket is driven via a driving shaft 11. The rake arm is moved along a guide rail 18 by main and sub-guide rollers, and the rake is retreated from a screen 2 when the rake arm is positioned in a lowering side chain part 13a, and rakes off garbage of the screen 2 by the rake when positioned in a rising side chain part 13b. When a roller 26 arranged in the rake goes over a level difference part of the guide rail in a raking-off process, the rake 3 rotates, and discharges the garbage raked off by a rake claw 3a by a wiper 38.
