PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery management circuit for accurately grasping the actual remaining capacity of a battery having type differences and individual differences. SOLUTION: The battery management circuit having a battery voltage detection means for detecting the voltage of a battery is provided with a battery control means. In the battery control means, serially connected resistors and a switching element are connected to the battery in parallel, and information on changes in the voltage of the battery detected by the battery voltage detection means is acquired by turning the switching element on and passing the current of the battery through the resistors.
