PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To park many bicycles in a narrow space. SOLUTION: On a central shaft 3 which stands on a base 1, a cylinder 5 is freely rotatably supported through a bearing, and a plurality of rail racks 6 are provided around the cylinder 5. Each rail rack 6 has a groove shape cross section so that a wheel does not derail, and has a slope 6a at the lower part. A bracket 9 is radially extended directly above respective rail racks from the top of the cylinder 5, and a hanger 10 for hanging a bicycle is provided at the tip of each bracket. For each hanger, an operation button 10b protrudes on the lower surface of an enclosure 10a, and this bicycle parking device has a structure wherein every time the button is pushed up by a tire of a bicycle, a pair of right and left hooks 10c are alternately opened or closed.
