PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip lens for a microscope immersion objective which can block harmful beams generating a flare without spoiling WD and is satisfactory for durability. SOLUTION: The tip lens is constituted by sticking a 1st optical element 4 and a 2nd optical element 5 together and has an annular metal film 3 on their sticking surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
