MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a plasma display panel with an excellent dielectric strength with high yield and low cost by simultaneously baking an electrode film and a dielectric film formed on a front surface side and back surface side of a glass base plate respectively for man-hour reduction purpose, without generating any defect on the dielectric layer, without forming any remaining bubbles in the vicinity of an electrode. SOLUTION: The temperature for completely baking a second polymer resin forming the dielectric film is made higher than that for completely baking a first polymer resin forming the electrode film. The second polymer resin is removed by completing the baking of the second polymer resin prior to that of the first polymer resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
