PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mountable flashback arrestor for a gas torch having a body part, a head part and a tip section. SOLUTION: This head-mountable flashback arrestor is provided with a porous metal filter which can be inserted in the head in routes for an oxygen flow and a gas flow.
