PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice heat storing device with a simple structure efficiently promoting heat transfer, and capable of carrying out inexpensive air bubbling. SOLUTION: The ice heat storing device is provided with a heat transfer pipe 6 arranged in an ice heat storing tank and capable of passing a refrigerant in an interior, and an air injection pipe 16 for sending air along an outer wall of the heat transfer pipe 6. It is characterized by that the heat transfer pipe 6 is formed in a serpentine shape with alternately continuous bent parts 8 and straight parts 10, the straight part 10 is vertically arranged so that it is facing a vertical direction, and the air injection pipe 16 is composed as a support 18 of the bent parts 8 positioned in vertical lower end sides.
