Beans are boiled till weight increases by 150%. Pork is cut. The components are mixed with salt and CO-extract of pyrolysis wood. The produced mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: organoleptic properties preservation combined with non-traditional raw materials usage. |
