PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a trailer towing bar of a vehicle is provided to simply attach and detach the trailer towing bar from the middle of the rear bumper by fastening the fixing tube to the rear bumper rail and inserting the trailer towing bar to the fixing tube with a fixing and releasing unit. CONSTITUTION: An installation system of a trailer towing bar(30) includes a fixing tube(13) inserted to the middle of a rear bumper(11) and fixed to a rear bumper rail, and the trailer towing bar composed of a fixing and releasing unit, combined with a towing ball(14) and inserted to the fixing tube. The fixing and releasing unit has a couple of stopper members crossed and combined around a shaft penetrating the upper part and the lower part of the trailer towing bar, and an elastic spring inserted between the stopper members to protrude projections of the stopper members to plural holes of the trailer towing bar.
