<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device which is capable of laminating without contamination of a resist to a pressure roll and receives even a dry film resist having differing width for application. <P>SOLUTION: In order to remove the resist applied to the edge part 4 of a dry film resist 1 prior to contact-bonding, a specified position from both ends of the dry film resist 1 is notched by a cutter 2, then a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is fed from a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll 5 to make the resist 1 of the notched edge part 4 stick to the tape and the tape to which the resist 1 sticks is taken up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
