PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a changeover plan of a production system when resetting an accessory sold as an option to a certain product as quasi-standard equipment or the like.

SOLUTION: A data acquisition means 41 acquires a sales amount of the product and a sales amount of the prescribed attached component of the product from a product management database 20. A prediction calculation means 42 finds a ratio of the sales amount of the product and the sales amount of the accessory. A temporal transition of the ratio is compared to a previously prepared standard pattern 15 to predictively calculate production increase timing of the accessory and timing when the product standardly equips the accessory.
