PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestressed concrete structure, having effective prestress in nearly whole structural body, high bending resistance and low in cost, and to provide a method thereof. SOLUTION: The prestress is introduced into the prestressed concrete structure 11 by a retention method, and a PC tension material 12 introduced with this prestress is adhered to concrete. And this structure has an anchor 15 wherein the end part of the PC tension material 12 adhered to the concrete is fixed to the end part of the concrete structure 11 against a return force of the PC tension material.
